Issue type auto-transformation from task to Defect
Hi,
I'm using YT 5 and currently I have a strange issue; I defined in my instance four issue types (Defect, Change, Task, Question) and when I am submitting a Task, after one day it will be transformed into a Defect.
Anybody met this situation? Have you any idea how to debug this problem?

Please, provide me with the screeshots of that issue and its history tab, and with the screenshot of Fields tab under Administration-> Project.
Are there any workflows attached to the project?
