Notification Templates missing reply on an issue created out of an incoming email

I'm sorry, I still don't have a clear understanding whether to place reports of my problems here or in Youtrack. So I'm creating this post here and I created an issue JT-21906

I created JT-19283 back in April this year. The request was then completed, verified and included in the version 5 of Youtrack.

We currently run 5.0.2 and I don't see that mail template in our Notification Templates list. Please see screenshot below.

Is it not done then? Maybe my implementation has something set up incorrectly? We actually took 5.0.2 with default database and imported all issues out of our BugTracker.NET. So it's not like it was lost in upgrade.
