Custom domain suddently doesn't work
This morning I wasn't able to access our YouTrack InCloud solution through our custom domain. Did anything change?
Usually I was able to access it through issues.clickataxi.com which points to "clickataxi.myjetbrains.com" as it should
theill ~ $ ping issues.clickataxi.com
PING clickataxi.myjetbrains.com (50.18.126.249): 56 data bytes
It just gives me the "create trial account" which is strange.
If I access it through the standard url http://clickataxi.myjetbrains.com it works fine.

This is known issue with resetting custom domain. It'll be fixed as soon as possible.
Currently, please access your instance directly by http://clickataxi.myjetbrains.com/ and set your custom domain, or you may stay with direct address while the issue isn't fixed.
