Custom domain suddently doesn't work

This morning I wasn't able to access our YouTrack InCloud solution through our custom domain. Did anything change?

Usually I was able to access it through which points to "" as it should

theill ~ $ ping
PING ( 56 data bytes

It just gives me the "create trial account" which is strange.

If I access it through the standard url it works fine.

This is known issue with resetting custom domain. It'll be fixed as soon as possible.
Currently, please access your instance directly by and set your custom domain, or you may stay with direct address while the issue isn't fixed.
