Is full text search not working?

Maybe I am dumb, I haven't used JetBrains' own YouTrack instance for some time, and perhaps it moved on. But I am trying to search for issues using keywords and the search does not return any results.
Say, I am trying to search (in Everything) for
  spring
...nothing.
  "spring"
...nothing.
  by: me spring
...nothing.
What am I doing wrong? YouTrack used to be intuitive, now it feels very confusing.

We have the same problem. Searching on any valid word just return "No issues found".
Searching on a complete issue ID is working. This started after upgrading to 5.0.3 from version 4.2(?)

Hello Sergei, Jan,

Unfortunately this is known issue. Please try to reset text index as follows: Administration-> Text Index-> click Apply.

If it doesn't help, let us know your instances URL names, we'll fix this from our side.

I didn't get you meant our production YouTrack. We have the same problem on our production currently, and it will be fixed late evening- tomorrow morning.

We have performed the suggested steps but the problem is still there. Have tried suspending, reverting and applying different settings to no avail.
Our installation is on a secure server (https://) that cannot be reached from an external IP as far as I know...

Please, make a backup-> stop YouTrack service-> remove 'textindex' folder under /teamsysdata directory -> start YouTrack service.
If it doesn't help, please provide us with YouTrack logs (user_home/.youtrack/logs)
