Hello Steve,

Please, try to reset Text Index under Administration-> Text Index. Click on Apply (you may also, disable unnecessary languages).

Let us know if it doesn't help.

I tried your suggestion, waited for an hour and there are still no results from searching for words like "crash"

Great, you're welcome.

In general, problem with text index can be solved by 'Applying' from your side. In your case, unfortunately, you've met an exception that could be fixed only from our side.

Hi Andrey,
We have the same problem for our werkspot.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/ installation.
Resetting the "Text Index" doesn't seem to work.
Can you fix this from your side?
