One user gets exception when creating new issues Follow
Everyone else can create except one user. They used to be able to though. This is a local install of Youtrack WAR deployed version 5.0.5.
jetbrains.exodus.exceptions.ExodusException: java.io.UTFDataFormatException: malformed input around byte 1
Attached is the full exception. Just started happening out of the blue...any ideas?

We've already have this in our YouTrack. It's very seldom reproduced problem. Am I correct it's on WinOS?
When was it started and were there any changes on your instance that may cause such behavior?
Thank you.
It started about a week ago when the particular user entered a new issue and received this exception. Since then, they haven't been able to create any new issues. I even deleted the issue that they created when the problem first started. Still though, all other users work fine.
Thank you for details.
Is it possible for you to provide us with full log files: youtrack.log and errors.log ?
Thank you.
youtrack.log (2.4MB)
errors.log (75KB)
Thank you.
May I ask you to provide us with the database? We'd like to debug (and hopefully fix) the issue locally. You can upload the data to our ftp. Other users have permission to write only, ftp is secure.
Thank you.
The user with the problem is harlann
May I kindly ask you to upload the database once again? Seems it's a zero-size currently.
Thank you.
