Generate issue template URL producing blank page

The Generate issue template URL functionality does not appear to be working when a user has a ticket that contains a lot of text, hyperlinks, and markup in ticket details.

Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new ticket
2. Ensure that the ticket you are creating has the following criteria:
~ 30 lines of text
~ hyperlinks interspersed
~ table markup
3. Click on the lower left 'Generate issue template URL'
4. Open a new browser tab
5. Paste URL
6. Observe blank web page with endless spinner

Expected results:
New ticket should carry over the same format and details

Actual results:
Blank web page created

Thank you for reporting this!
I've tested your case and wasn't able to reproduce this. Is it reproduced for all your users and among all projects?
Did you try to disable Similar issues option?

Hi Andrey,

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to work around this by copying the data directly from project to project rather than using the generate issue template feature.

I think what was going on is that YT was creating a very long URL to capture all the data in the description and possibly isn't escaping it all correctly (I think it's having issues with the + characters in markup combined with the template using it as an escape character).  

Not a big issue as I am able to move forward with another solution.
