Performance issues lately

Lately, our Youtrack instance hasn't been performing like it used to.  Often it hangs when loading and I've noticed sometimes clicking add comment greys out the button but doesn't actually "do it" and I have to refresh the page and hit it again.  What would you folks need to help me figure out what the issue might be?  We have added a lot of users lately and more projects...  Our instance is running in AWS on an m1.large.
