expired credit card for youtrack incloud

Hi,

there's no way to edit billing info in the jetbrains account administration. I contacted support regarding this issue twice in the past but got no helpful answer. Now my credit card has expired - what should I do to make sure our service remains operational?

Hello Andrey,

my instance is crit.myjetbrains.com. In the past I contacted support@jetbrains.com (ticket #32809) and I was told the only option was to create a new jetbrains account with a new credit card, which made little sense to me.

Second time I asked the same back in November and remembered I got no reply, however now as I searched email history I actually found a reply suggesting to "re-subscribe to YouTrack InCloud for current instance with another card". I see this is possible if I change my subscription from monthly to yearly payment - so be it, I'll do that.
