Add email address to issue notification

Is it possible to add a notification email address to an issue?

There are times when we need to notify both the assigner and someone outside the company who does not have a YouTrack account that an issue has been been updated. They're able to then view the details using the guest account.

Any way to add an email address?

Hello Chris,

The option is available with the workflow. Please, take a look at the guide.
With that, notifications will be sent to email addresses from 'All related emails' custom field on comment added.
