Issue with fogbugz import script

I kept hitting errors when importing the milestones from fogbugz.  Turns out the issue was that one of my milestone names had a "+" symbol in it.  I'm not really sure where the bug in the script and/or api is, but adding fix versions to youtrack with a plus sign using the python libraries seems to be a problem.  I got around it by renaming the milestone in FB, but you may want to look to fix this issue so other folks don't have the same misfortune as me.
