Git messages with issue id no longer show up in Youtrack

Hi there, I have added my git repository hosted on github to Youtrack.

Suddenly, everytime I commit code and tag it with a issue number, the git comments are no longer showing up in the comment area of youtrack.

Why could this be?  I really love this feature, its really a shame its not working now.
