Youtrack 6.0: Changing Port on Windows Server

Could someone please give me the exact content on the C:\ProgramData\JetBrains\YouTrack\conf\youtrack.jvmoptions file, so that it will run on port 81?

I'm not sure that file was ever used to control the listen port, but the instructions to change the port for YT6 on Windows are here: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD6/Changing+Port+for+YouTrack+Windows+Service
