Can't submit incorrect command on clone

When I try to clone an issue (on YouTrack 5.2.5) I get the error 'Can't submit incorrect command'. On an older backup of our server this does not happen. Anybody any idea what is causing this?

I figured it out in the mean time: the workflow 'jetbrains-youtrack-cloneIssue' accidentally got detached.
