Youtrack Cannot open admin/groups, admin/authmodules, admin/roles

Hi, i just downloaded and installed youtrack on a linux server.
I did the initial set up and i am able to login as root, and see most of the pages, but unfortunately i cannot add users. All the settings pages related to users are not loading (have an infinite loading).
The logs are silent, i have sometimes this error:
Resource [ring/youtrack-standalone.min.js.map] was not found.
Any idea on what is going wrong?
Is there a way to get more logs?
youtrack version: youtrack-6.0.12463.jar

But from chrome on Mac i cannot see these pages.
Also working on safari mac.
