Help Desk workflow issue

Since the upgrade to version 6, we're struggling with the workflows for sending messages to unregistered users. When a comment is added to a ticket, we get the following error:

Workflow jetbrains-youtrack-notifyMultipleUnregisteredUsers reports error: No localized entry with id 'Send_notifications_to_all_unregistered_users.text_of_notification_with_{date}_{author}_{summary}_{comment_text}_{quoted_text}_{recipient_email}_{issue_id}'.


Not sure if it is related, but the 'Visible to' field displays 'All users' twice. When the second one is selected, we're able to add a comment, but the notifications aren't going out. Is this a known issue? Any idea how to fix?

Are use sure you haven't changed the mentioned workflow manually?
You can restore default workflows on the 'workflows' page. See http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD6/Default+Workflows for details.

Please don't forget to save your own workflows before restoring!

This error means that you've changed l10n() key. Remove l10() statement completely and replace it with an ordinary "string".
