Broken authentication and ring integration after a reboot

I just reboot my server with YT6 Build 12124 [30-Oct-2014 22:27].
I can't update it to a newer build right now (my current license is over).
I can login under root into /hub page. I can see correct url in "Ring URL" field and "Not active: YouTrack is registered in Ring but its service ID and secret do not match" error.
When I click "Re-register" button I get "POST http://track.rnd.croc.ru/hub/rest/services?fields=id,secret returned a response status of 401 Unauthorized" error.
Please help to fix our YouTrack installation.
