Moving from YouTrack InCloud to stand alone

I am trying to move from YouTrack InCloud to a standalone installation (build 12577). When I try to restore the database backup with the standalone version, I get the following error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Your database was touched by YouTrack build 12589. 
Downgrade is denied, please restore your database from backup.

Is it possible to get the latest build for the standalone version or is there a config flag that allows the 'downgrade'?
