Change Avatar Size
Is it possible to generally change the size for avatar pictures to 200x200 instead of 60x60. The size of the website can be unchanged.

In addition some of my users had uploaded images that are greater than 60x60. I verified that by downloading the image. How is that possible?
OK found a clue. There are two sets of pictures the picture of the account at /admin/users/{Guid} site. And the Avatar Picture on the profile site. Even if it's statet the the picture for the account is resized to 48x48 the pictures keep there original size.
