Synchronizing with ticketing system

Is there a way to sync first line support ticketing system we're using (Spiceworks) with task creating in YouTrack?
For example, we'd like for a certain type of tickets that are created in our ticketing system to be automatically created in YouTrack as certain type of issues.
They could be later edited for details but Subject, Description and Priority at least to be passed through.
