Youtrack, XMPP, and Slack

I read on this thread http://forum.jetbrains.com/thread/YouTrack-1646 that one could integrate YouTrack with hangouts and somehow hose things into Slack.  If anyone has information on how this would be done, I would greatly appreciate it.
