Update from 6.4 to 6.5 big Problems

Heys guys,

we are trying to update our youtrack system from 6.4 to 6.5 since 2 days. The new installation works, but after we playing back our backup, no one (not even root) has any rights anymore. During the update every user got excatly the same rights again, but they arent activated. What is happening here or how can we solve this problem?

In the first picture u see that root has all rights.

After the update the rights were double, but this time they were not activated and we cant activate them.

Could you please refer to `baseURL/hub/services` and send screenshot?

What's the target distribution: ZIP, JAR, MSI? If it's ZIP or MSI, did you run 6.5 version -> selected Upgrade option -> set path to existing database?
