Youtrack and IDE integration: some needed issue states missed

I try to use youtrack with Intellej IDEA. Firstly with "Shift + Alt + N" I open the task list, then I select my current (new) task and then I see Open Task Dialog. There I want to select a new issue state "in progress". But I can not find the state. See a screenshot.
The question is, how can I configure my IDE or Youtrack, so that I can select my needed issue state, e.g "in progress".
Later if I close the task I want to select state "fixed". I miss this state in the list too.
