Ticket read permissions for Watchers

We are using YouTrack for IT helpdesk. We have configured YouTrack to allow users to create tickets and see the tickets they have created, but we would also like them to see tickets they are tagged as "watchers". We do not want them to see all of the tickets in the project, however. Is there way to create a role that allows users to see the tickets they have created and the tickets they are watchers of?
