How to migrate older YouTrack instance from one server to a newer server?

I am current running a YouTrack instance (Build 12463) on CentOS 6.4.

I have built out a clean CentOS 6.6 server, running the latest release of YouTrack, and now I want to migrate my old YouTrack instance (including the server's configuration settings, since it ties into my corporate LDAP server for auth).

What is the best way to perform this server migration?
