Screenshot format / Scrennshot Wiki Markup

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to choose the screenshot format? I would prefere JPG and PNG. The best thing would be to set the default in the admin area. And can optionally be changed before the attache.

Also useful would be if I can display the screenshots with the wiki markup.
