Unable to login youtrack worked under Linux

Hi. I try to login to yputrack for first time. I try to use root/root pair. But i redirected to login form with URL parameters

?errorMessage=Login+ok%2C+but+you+have+no+access+rights.+Contact+your+system+administrator.

Tomcat is running under Debian. I change a permissions to 777 to Tomcat and youtrack  folders recursive.
