issue id expected with relates to
I am getting the error "issue id expected" when I try to relate an issue in the WebStorm issue list to another.Am I missing something?
I click on relate to, tab to select the first entry, then click Apply and get the error. Snapshot below,

Do you have a permission to link issues in WI project?
No, and I guess that was problem. Error message doesn't really help wioth that though, I found this related issue a couple hours later - http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/JT-7852.
So now I just comment when things are related and the developers get to do it instead (lucky them :)...
