Cross-projects issue?

Sometimes I may have an issue that belongs to more than one project, like "Validate all GroovyDoc links". Today every issue belongs to a single project. Can it be a good idea to attach more than one project to the issue?

In yt 3.0 you can create multiple enum custom field, attach it to different projects and have same set of values for this field in different projects.

Name this field pseodu-project and bingo :-)
