Linkin issues on youtrack.jetbrains.net: confused with "issue id expected" error message
i see the list is properly popolated with issues. but when i'm trying to link issue i get confusing message "issue id expected". does it stands for insufficient permissions?

you're right, it means you have insufficient permissions. We are going to improve this message, please vote for http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/JT-4127
