Integration with Github Pull Requests

Hi,

We'd like to use a hosted Youtrack together will Github. GH pull requests are a central part of our QA workflow.

I know that you can deploy a service hook in GH to propagate events from GH to YT, but I was hoping to have YT drive the workflow.

So I was wondering whether it is possible for events in Youtrack to trigger REST calls against GH's API.

An example would be when a ticket in YT is marked as resolved, a request could be made to create a pull request in GH.
