Visible 'State' depending on user

Hello,

Is there a way to show a 'state' depending on a user? I have a few 'states' and would like to hide a few to some users.

I am on YouTrack Energy EAP build #1365.

Hello Takuma,

Declaring a field (including those of type 'state') as private is possible via Administration->Custom Fields. There are also special permissions 'Read Issue Private Fields' and 'Update Issue Private Fields' which allows a user to see and modify a private field respectively.

However, it is not possible to set visibility to an individual value of a field.

BTW, would you consider updating your installation to the newest release version of YouTrack (currently it is 3.0.4)?
