[Feature request] Estimate as float

Now i can choose only an integer field as the estimate field for an issue.
It is a bit annoying because it is very common in our project to have an 0.5 ar 1.5 as estimate value.
So we'd like to have an float field or an array of preset values(0, 0.5, 1, 2 and so on )
