1.Can we add Estimate Hours for the tasks ?
2.Can we add time log for the tasks? (Because we want to know how many hours we spent on the task)

As for the first question, yes, you can. Just create an integer Custom Field 'Estimated time' and attach it to the project.

As for the second question, no, it's impossible in YT 4.0.2.

However, the feature seems to be planned for 4.1 and be in active developement, see http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-1138
