Now i am trying to enable counting of spent time.
What i have done:
- Set 'Enable time tracking for project' checkbob on Time tracking tab of project settings and set Estimation and Spent time fields.
- Then i tried to set an Estimation of an issue and moved it to In progress. Spent time field has not been updated after 15 minutes.
- Then i enableb workflow 'jetbrains-youtrack-timeManagement'. It asked my to create the Subsystem field and to add Several values to State field (what for?).
- Then i tried to change the state of an issue to Open again but was could not becaus there no values to choose new state from.
So.. Is there any documentation which describes how time tracking works?

I think i have found that was wrong. It is me :)
I thought YT would start calculating of a Spent Time automatically then i move an issue to In Progress state.
But it seems i need enable the 'jetbrains-youtrack-workTimer' workflow and add 2 additional fields. And then change state to Start or Stop depends on situation.
It works now but looks a bit ugly.
Here is the reference: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-15494#comment=27-397095
But by world ugly i meant not starting timer manually but having two additional service fields instead of custom UI elements for that purpose.
I guess we could add the workflow described in http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-15494 as default workflow for Time Tracking.
The field "Spent time" is updated automatically on work item or subtask adding or removing. So there is no possibility manually erase this value but you can remove all subtasks and work items - it drops 'Spent time' value to '0m'.
It you want to erase "Spent time' field for all project issues just unselect this field in "Time Tracking" project settings.
