I noticed recently that I wasn't getting notifications when tickets were assigned to me. Several other users noticed the same. I looked at my profile settings and under the saved search "Assigned to me", none of the columns were checked. I also noticed that there are 3 identical "Assigned to me" saved searches (and the columns for none of them are checked). I checked several other users and I see the same situation. I checked for a user who'd never logged in and again, same situation. I suspect the default "Assigned to me" saved search was removed and someone tried re-adding it (3 times)? Or?? How can I fix this? Seems no users are getting notifications when tickets are assigned to them.
