How to perform a silent / unattended installation of the YouTrack EXE distribution

I currently administer an instance of YouTrack on Windows, and I maintain a production and live server. I would like to be able to script version upgrades / rollbacks, but unfortunately I can't find any documentation on doing "silent" installs. We are using 3.1 currently, and I am looking to go 3.3 in the near future, followed by a move to the latest version 4.

Can a silent install be performed, and if so, what parameters does the installer accept?

I have solved this problem for my specific case using Ruby and the win32-autogui gem. It works but it's a little flaky since an active user can, I think, steal focus.

I don't like driving it externally, though.
