How to set issue visibility via command window?

Is there a way to do this on existing issues? I know that i can use workflow to set permittedGroup upon issue reporting and I've done that but now I need to set visibility to existing (87) tickets.

This feature will be available in the upcoming 4.2 release, that is scheduled on the middle of February.

The release is still planned for the mid. of February.
