Version 4.2 in cloud? Time tracking REST API

Hello, with 99,9% probablity I can say we'll upgrade part of InCloud instance at Monday, 18-th of February.
What is your instance name so we could move it into the first part of instances for upgrade?

We badly need the Time Tracking REST API to migrate our workflow over to
YouTrack.

Do you have any timescales for shipping 4.2 to the cloud?
