This means all issues without links of type "Subtask of".

First of all: Thank you! :)

Second, the syntax works when known, but when unknown its damn hard to guess. Two suggestions:

1. Write about this syntax in the documentation.
   
2. Extend the syntax with a "not", "anything" and "empty" keyword, like this !Subtask of: <anything> or Subtask of: <empty>
