Setting state to 'Complete' for multi selected issues, displays them all in #unresolved

I just imported 2,000 issues into YouTrack from bugzilla.
All issues with a custom field value of 'Resolution: FIXED' (resolution coming from the Bugzilla import) were then selected.
I then ran a command of 'state Complete' to set them all to complete for youtrack.

Now when I select the project, and do a #unresolved filter, I see all of these complete tasks.

How can I resolve these issues?
