The YouTrack Web Server service terminated unexpectedly.

I install Youtrack on a clean windows 2008 R2 (no previous youtrack version). the port is 8090.
when I browse to localhost:8090, it takes about one or two minutes and the server not found message is shown.
in event log of windows an error is logged:
