Statistics for project management

I'm trying to get some fairly basic statistics for my projects.

For a given period:

• Number of Tasks re-opened versus total tasks completed
  
• Tasks delivered late versus total tasks completed
  
• Total number of features that went live
  
• Total number of bugs resolved

I guess there's a way to do this with customized workflows?
As these are pretty common stats, is there something ready i can adapt?
