Versions field does not populate drop down list

Occasionally, for a remote user, when trying to set the Fix Version, the list of versions does not populate in the drop down. It only shows the loading icon indefinitely. There is no "Connection lost" message, and reopening the browser does not fix the problem. Browsing between issues and making changes to other fields works just fine. This error has been reported using Chrome.

Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Hi Steven,

Is it in InCloud or Stand-alone? Did you try to repro this in other browsers?
What's about Affected versions custom field?

I can only answer the first question now, it is stand-alone. I'll get some additional information and post it as soon as I do. I do know that the only browser the user tried was Chrome, I've asked to try other browsers next time this happens.

Please, ask user is it reproduced for other fields used versions bundle, for example, Affected versions.

The problem exists in Chrome. Closed Chrome, opened IE, no problem. Opened Chrome again, problem still exists.

And when the problem occurs, it happens for all fields with a bundle associated. Again, using IE is the current workaround.

Unfortunately, you didn't answer my second question: am I correct with that it reproduces for all fields which use Versions bundle (i.e. Affected versions field)?

Thank you Andrey. Sorry, its a little tricky getting the information for you since I'm not personally experiencing the issue myself. I did talk to the user again this morning, and when the problem occurs, it happens for all fields with a bundle associated. (I changed my comment above to reflect this, as it was initially reported differently). Let me know what other information you may need.
