Restore Youtrack after updating to Windows 8.1

Hi,

Recently I have updated my Windows to 8.1 (from 8.0) and after that I have encountered that Youtrack is empty. I have found that Youtrack stored its files on the following path C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\teamsysdata in the old OS. Windows update created new folder for the new OS version and old one was marked as ".old". Obviously that all previous youtrack files stayed in the Windows.old\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\teamsysdata. When youtrack didn't found any files it creates new folder (on the path C:\teamsysdata) and creates all settings here from scratch. I tried to copy old files into the new folder but it doesn't work. Webserver throws exception HTTP 500.

Could you please say how I can restore youtrack projects with using of old raw youtrack files?

I would be very appreciate for help. Thank you in advance!

Kind Regards,
Dmitry

I should also mention that for incomprehensible reasons youtrack teamsysdata directory that was copied to old Windows directory didn't have *.xd file.

Hello Dmitrygrig,

May it be the case that you've logged in OS under other user?
YouTrack creates new database for each new OS user.
Did you log in YouTrack before Win update and after update as the same Win user?

Hello,

No, it was the same user. I have just one user on my machine. The issue appeared due to the fact that Youtrack stored its files in the Windows directory.
