Can't access YouTrack Internet (but in LAN it works)

I've just installed YouTrack for the first time,
But I'm having the same issue as here.
when trying to access server from local LAN - it works.
from outside the LAN, by using port forwarding and even disabling windows firewall - it doesn't work - IE: "Unable to display", Chrome: "Unable to connect"
Port is definitely open - I've checked with [this|www.canyouseeme.org]

but i must access it like this :
http://<server-remote-address>:<port>/login
without the "login" it will take me to baseUrl
:/ donno why.
