I stopped youtrack upgraded from 5.0.3 to 5.0.5 and now it's a new install

Panic... what do I do? I forgot to take a backup but as far as I can see it would not have helped anyway as the 5.0.3 database wasn't even found after the upgrade.

How do I connect 5.0.5 to an existing database and where can I find it?

Nevermind... found that I'd re-started youtrack as root and not as the youtrack account so it didn't find the database in the home-folder.
