Editing the Alt+Insert form and double-click form?

Is there any way to edit the way the forms display when pressing Alt+Enter on the Agile form and/or when double clicking an issue on the form? Even if we could write a custom form it would be beneficial for our organization as the requirements of our team are a little complex.
