We have over 1 million issues in a Eventum (heavily customised) helpdesk system.
We're considering other options for migration and looking at how we'd migrate the issues over. Most of the issues have 2 or 3 or more emails attached to them in a 1 to many table style. The CSV import in your documenation only seems to show how to import issues, not any of the associated 1 to many data around them such as emails. Is there a way to do this? Perhaps just directly via SQL backend hackery?
