Github integration not working, YouTrack 5.0.5

We're using the hosted version of YouTrack (5.0.5). We've followed the setup instructions and are able to find our Github repo in the drop down. Service hooks are enabled, email accounts are in sync. Commands applied in git commit messages are never applied on YT. What's going on?
